Membership upgrade

Upgrade your membership in the WebApp

As your child grows and develops, their tutoring needs might change too. If and when that time comes, we’ve made it super easy to upgrade or change your membership directly in our WebApp. 

First things first:

Make sure you are logged into the GoStudent WebApp. If you need some help with that, click here.

Now follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on ‘ADD LESSONS’ on the left side of the page. Select ‘Upgrade your current membership’ option by clicking on ‘UPGRADE’.

 
 

Step 2: Choose a package with the right duration and number of lessons you’ll need.

 
 

Step 3: Click on ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT’. 

 
 

Step 4: Click ‘CONTINUE’ on the pop-up window.

 
 

Step 5: Select the payment method on the order form, add your payment details (if you’re using a new payment method), accept the Terms & Conditions and click on ‘Order Now’ to process the payment.

 
 

Once payment has been made, your old membership will be deactivated.

What’s next?

An email with the new contract should arrive in your inbox. Credits are automatically added to your account on a monthly basis.
